Tulip Otter was delivered on Friday ,I gave them a pin prick and water. Saturday, I wired them to a wreath, within 5 hours they had drooped and bent and looked dead.I left them overnight by bin. Sunday forgot them. Monday took them off wreath, don’t know why but I put them in water instead of bin 3 hours later they rose up, or tuliped up!
